These fresh red scotch bonnet chilli peppers are a cultivar of the habanero and one of the hottest chilli pods around, reaching between 350,000 and 450,000 Scoville Heat Units. They're picked fresh from our own farm, flown by Rwandair to the UK and delivered straight to your door. They have a distinctive apple and cherry tomato flavour, delicious in Caribbean and African recipes such as jerk chicken or pork. You can add it to stir fries, curries, salsas or marinade for meat, fish or vegetables. Use sparingly though - these chillies are very spicy!
